The challenging, labour-intensive tasks have been completed. Two of the three rooves have been replaced, and both water and electricity, as well as a septic tank, are connected.

A new hangar has been constructed on the site of a former dilapidated structure. The ground floor of the property has been thoughtfully redesigned ; wide openings between the three main rooms create an enhanced sense of flow throughout the space.

There is a bathroom with WC, shower, basin (which, as far as I know, are working) and a washing machine point, so really it could be lived in, or at, whilst merrily creating your own ideal French home this summer.
