We like to select the properties that we market, only taking on places that suits our client's needs and are nice examples of such. We prefer quality over quantity, unlike the majority of French agencies.
We concentrate most of our advertising to the Web, whether that be social media, webinars, property portals or online magazines, we also advertise in popular hard copy magazines as well as the different property shows in France and Britain.

At Agence NEWTON, we try to avoid taking on the properties that are in housing estates, on main roads, near intensive farming units, under powerlines, etc unless they have factors that made up for this.
Agence NEWTON is looking for character properties, farmhouses, equestrian properties, mill houses, manor houses and chateaux. Saying that, we have no real price bracket, we have properties from 50,000 to 2,000,000 €uros, as long as they have that wow factor, or at least the potential to have it.
