Situated just outside of the pretty town of Rostrenen and located near the Nantes Brest Canal. The property is only a short drive away from the village of Glomel which has a large lake prefect for walking, fishing, swimming or kayaking on. In this part there are stairs leading to the third bedroom, this part of the house was updated a decade or so ago, so perfectly usable but you might want to update it a bit.
To the front of the house is a courtyard area which is all enclosed with a gated fence. To one side of the property there is a wood storage. The gardens are easy to manage and it the plot size is 1437m2.
The owners informed me the electrics were updated in 2016.
